The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Preeta rushing into the bathroom as she feels uneasy. Rakhi and Bani Dadi smile. Karan asks them why they are smiling. Rakhi tells Karan that he is going to be a father soon. Karan thinks Preeta is pregnant and blushes. Sherlyn gets shocked while others get happy. Preeta comes out. Preeta asks them what happened. Rakhi hugs Preeta and congratulates her. Rakhi says Preeta gave her the biggest news. Karan tells Preeta that they are going to become Mom and Dad. Preeta blushes. Dadi, Karina and Kritika congratulate her. Dadi says she will give the good news to Mahesh, Rakhi says she will go to meet Sarla and inform her. Rakhi asks Preeta and Karan not to tell Sarla anything before her. Kritika leaves saying she needs to tell Prithvi about it. Sherlyn leaves saying she will ask Girish to get sweets.
Karan congratulates Preeta. Preeta says they should do the test and confirm it once. Rakhi goes to Sarla. Sarla asks if everything is okay. Rakhi says nothing is okay, she has come to talk about Karan and Preeta. Rakhi lies that Karan scolded Preeta. Sarla worries. Rakhi laughs and says a small member is coming into their house who will call Sarla, Nani. Sarla, Srishti and Janki get happy and hug each other.
Rakhi gives them sweets and congratulates them. Rakhi says there is a small function in their house and invites Sarla.
Meanwhile, Sherlyn calls Prithvi and tells him that Preeta is pregnant. Prithvi stands shocked. Kritika calls Prithvi. Prithvi puts Sherlyn on hold and talks to Kritika. Sherlyn sees Kritika talking on the phone and gets jealous. Sherlyn calls Prithvi and scolds him. Kritika sees Sherlyn talking rudely on the call.
Prithvi disconnects Sherlyn’s call and talks to Kritika. Kritika tells Prithvi that she doesn’t like Sherlyn at all as she talks rudely to Rishabh. Prithvi takes Sherlyn’s side. Kritika warns Prithvi not to take Sherlyn’s side.
