The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Karina asking Preeta if she is happy as she and her mom always wanted that. Karina tells Preeta that her mom said many things to Rakhi, which is why Rakhi asks Mahira to leave the house. The nurse says that Mahira has regained consciousness. Everyone tries to meet Mahira. Ramona did not allow anyone to enter the room. Ramona says that the Luthra family may try to intimidate Mahira so that she changes her statement.
The inspector says that everyone will get to meet Mahira but in their presence he will take Mahira’s statement. The inspector tells Mahira that she tried to commit suicide which is a crime, and she wants to know the reason why she tried to commit suicide. Mahira says that her mother might have misunderstood and she did not try to commit suicide because of the Luthra’s. The inspector tells her that if she won’t give any statement about why she tried to commit suicide, then they have to arrest Mahira as committing suicide is a crime.
Ramona pleads with Mahira to tell the truth and stop protecting Karan. Ramona asks Mahira to choose between her and Karan. Mahira replies that she will always choose Karan over anyone. Ramona, therefore, says that Mahira is no more her daughter and will not take Mahira home. Ramona tells Mahira that she can stay at Luthra’s house. Ramona and Mahira look at each other and recall how they planned to get into Luthra’s house.
