The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Mahira explaining to Sherlyn that she challenged Preeta that Karan will break Mahira’s fast in front of Preeta. But Karan instead broke Preeta’s fast. Mahira recollects the time when Karan was looking at Preeta and how sweetly he broke Preeta’s fast.
Sherlyn says that she was trying to wake Mahira. Mahira mentioned that Sherlyn asked her not to open her eyes no matter what. Mahira says that she should have not trusted Sherlyn as Ramona said that her plan will not work.
Mahira thinks that Preeta will taunt her all the time as Mahira failed to complete her challenge. Mahira says that it was her day and Preeta can’t take Karan from her. Mahira decides to poison Preeta.
Meanwhile, Rakhi performs her pooja in the room with Mahesh. Rakhi tells Mahesh that like every year she kept fast for him. Now it’s time for her gift. Rakhi says that every year she asks for a gift from Mahesh and he fulfils Rakhi’s wish.
Rakhi says that in this Karwa Chauth, she wants him to wake up and be with her. Rakhi says that till Mahesh gives her what she wants, she won’t break her fast. Rakhi recollects her previous Karwa Chauth and cries.
Preeta comes and tries to cheer up Rakhi. Preeta does all the tests of Mahesh and says that Mahesh is smiling today. Preeta says that Mahesh’s eyes are closed, but he is asking Rakhi to break her fast. Rakhi gets happy and breaks her fast with Mahesh.
Later, Mahira goes to the kitchen and sees Girish. Girish keeps looking at Mahira. Mahira asks him to go out. Mahira mixes the poison in the sweet dish and thinks that previously she mixed less amount of poison so it couldn’t harm Preeta more, but now she mixes the whole of it so that Preeta will eat it, and die.
