The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Rakhi explaining to Pammi that Preeta is doing all she can to free Karan. In her leisure time, Preeta goes out to look for proof of the killer. She has also found Akshay’s phone which will help them reach the real killer and Karan will be soon out of jail. Pammi thinks maybe she was wrong about Preeta but she says that she is sure Sherlyn is not a good bahu for the family. Preeta, Sameer, Kritika and Srishti try to find out where the sound of the phone is coming from. Kritika says there is only Sherlyn’s room there. They say that it might also be coming from Mahira’s room.
Prithvi tries to question Sherlyn. She tries to leave H.e says that he has gotten into a problem because of her. Preeta, Sameer, Kritika and Srishti enter the room. Kritika asks Prithvi what he is doing here. He says that he was lost and saw Sherlyn standing, so was advising her to take a rest as she is pregnant. Sherlyn asks them why they are here. Preeta says that they are here to find the truth about her mobile. Preeta tries to dial the number but the battery gets over. Sameer dials from his phone but says that the ringtone is different. Prithvi thinks he is glad he told Sherlyn to change her ringtone. Sherlyn asks Sameer why he is calling her. Kritika says they should leave as they have important work to do. They all go near Mahira’s room. Sameer dials her number but the ringtone is different. Preeta says that they will get to know the truth once they charge the phone.
Prithvi questions Sherlyn if she murdered Akshay. Sherlyn says that she has nothing to do with the murder. Prithvi is suspicious so pressurizes her to answer. Sherlyn gets irritated and reveals that she murdered Akshay. Prithvi is shocked. He asks her why she didn’t tell him before. He says if she would have told him he would have taken care of everything. He says he was there for her always and she should have told him. Sherlyn says that he was never there for her; he was always worried about Preeta and now he is with Kritika. She says that he doesn’t love her anymore. Prithvi sits beside her and apologizes, he urges her to tell what happened.
Sherlyn reveals that Akshay blackmailed her saying that he had a video of her and Prithvi talking about the pregnancy. She says the video could prove that she is carrying Prithvi’s baby. Akshay called her and asked for 2.5 million rupees from her and that too till 7 pm. Akshay told her that he is taking money from Kritika and Prithvi as well to hide their secret so if she brings the money he will hide her secret as well. He warned her to not tell Prithvi. Prithvi is shocked to see what Akshay was planning.
