The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Dadi telling Bitto to go downstairs and play Holi. Suresh says that he does not want to play as he doesn’t feel good. Then, Dadi tells Pammi to not spoil her day because of Suresh and tells her to go and play Holi.
Meanwhile, the nurse informs the family about Mahesh’s eye movements. Suresh and Dadi immediately go to him. Mahesh slowly whispers dadi’s name. He asks Suresh when he arrived, Suresh says he feels sorry for not being there for his elder brother when he was in trouble. Dadi calls to inform Rakhi about Mahesh gaining consciousness. Suresh also informs Karan and Sherlyn.
Preeta and Astha are having a conversation, they see Kritika and Karina looking for Prithvi. Astha tells Preeta to go and she greets Kritika and Karina. She forces them to accompany her to the hall.
Preeta enters the guest room. Prithvi tells that he feels good after seeing her in the room. Karan and Prithvi start competing to see who drinks faster. Prithvi finishes first and wins. Prithvi starts telling him that Karan should praise him for his win. Prithvi starts feeling dizzy as the drinks have bhang in them and goes to attend the bathroom.
Sherlyn is looking for Prithvi to tell him that Mahesh has regained consciousness. On the way, she runs into Mahira and tells her what has happened. Mahira is scared of the fact, that if Mahesh remembers that she was the one who pushed him down the stairs, then she would be in trouble.
Rakhi enters and is not able to control her tears. Karan also enters along with everyone, Karan hugs his father. Mahesh tells everyone not to worry about him anymore. Mahesh asks if Preeta is single or married, Rakhi replies that she has been married to Karan. He also asks if Sameer and Srishti have also been married, everyone stands surprised, Karina says that it’s not possible. The whole family comes together, and everyone is finally happy after a long time.
Sherlyn finally finds Prithvi, Mahira also enters the room. Mahira and Sherlyn are worried she tells him that Mahesh has come out of the coma. As Prithvi is under bhang effect he starts singing and telling the truth. Mahira asks Sherlyn to take care of him while she comes up with an idea.
Mahira comes back with medicine to inject him. Astha enters the room and drops the medicine. They question Astha about her behavior and throw her out of the room, thinking about what they should do next.
