The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with ACP asking everyone where they were between 6 and 7 the previous night. Kritika says at the car parking. Karen says at the hotel with Preeta, he says he was waiting for her but as she didn’t come he returned with Mahira, who was also there to meet a friend. The ACP then tells Preeta to reveal the truth. Prithvi says that he is making a mistake by blaming Preeta. Karan tells ACP that he has no proof. ACP orders the constable to arrest Preeta, everyone tries to stop him but he doesn’t listen. Rakhi asks him to give her a private moment with Preeta, ACP gives her five minutes to talk to her.
Karan tells ACP that he can’t simply arrest Preeta. Police say he is doing it on basis of suspicion. Karen says arrest him instead, police say they don’t have proof against him. Rakhi takes Preeta to a room and asks her if the allegations are true. She says she knows Preeta won’t do anything wrong, but they can only help her if she tells them the truth. Preeta only tells Rakhi the half-truth. She tells Preeta to run as the ACP won’t rest until he proves her guilty.
Karan asks ACP on what basis they are arresting Preeta, he asks them for proof. ACP gets angry and says that he has no right to ask for such things. Let the police perform their tasks. He tells Karan he must be a cricketer for his fans but also he is a normal citizen. After five minutes they go and look for Rakhi and Preeta.
Karan stops them from entering the house as they don’t have a warrant. The ACP tells the constable to arrest Karan as well, as he is interfering in their work. Karina stops them saying that Karan is Preeta’s husband so it’s natural for him to react this way. Rakhi comes out alone and says she helped Preeta escape. ACP tries to enter, she says that these rooms belong to her daughters-in-law so it’s not appropriate for him to enter. He sends a lady officer who brings Preeta out of the room with handcuffs. Rakhi asks her why she didn’t run away when she told her to.
