In today’s episode, we can see that Preeta claims that she saw Mona preparing Mahesh’s lunch, that she had put a chemical in Mahesh’s food, that she was harming Mahesh, and that the family would never believe her, so she had to do everything. She explains how she deceived Mona by putting poison in the food. She hopes Mahesh has a speedy recovery. She claims that if Mahesh stays with the family, he would revert to his former personality. Mona, she believes, was drugging Mahesh and that made him violent. She reveals that Prithvi bribed Mona to drive Mahesh nuts. She’s relieved that her plan didn’t go astray, and Mona is now free. Preeta has once again proven to Shrishti that she can accomplish anything for the family.
Preeta inquires about Natasha and whether or not she is Sherlyn’s sister. Natasha, she claims, does not appear to be the same as Sherlyn in terms of demeanour, class, or status. She can’t see any connection between them. Karan warns Preeta that her actions incite her adversaries to seek vengeance on her. He goes on to say that she was saved this time, but that she might not be saved next time. He warns her not to incite others against herself, or she will be lost. Preeta inquires as to what he means. He claims that she just causes problems and inspires people to seek revenge on her, even if they hadn’t considered it before. He accuses her of causing issues for herself and then suffering the brunt of the tension.
