Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, has seen engaging drama with Mihir (Amar Upadhyay) calling his friend to set things up with Noina. To bring his friend and Noina close, he praises her, which hits her hard. On the other hand, Pari talks about her concerns related to Tulsi (Smriti Irani) to Noina, asking her to talk to Mihir to do something for her to secure her future.
Today, 4 September, episode 38 starts with Noina finding it difficult to forget all that Mihir told her. She repeatedly thinks about the way Mihir praised her and talked about her beauty. She discusses this with her sister. Noina’s sister tells her she is mistaking Mihir’s gentleman gestures as feelings. However, Noina looks unconvinced as the wish to be with Mihir ignites.
At home, Noina tells herself that she can never love anyone else in her lifetime, taking Mihir and Tulsi’s photo in her hand. Noina’s growing feelings and attraction towards Mihir put Tulsi and Mihir’s relationship in danger.
The next day, Mihir comes to Noina’s house while she comes out of the shower dressed in a saree. Noina looks emotional and lost in Mihir as he says that he knows she needs someone and he wants to help her. Mihir tells Noina that he wants to help her with her loneliness. Noina misunderstands Mihir’s concerns for her as his love for her.

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is a classic TV serial that first aired in 2000, and after 25 years, it marked its return on 29 July 2025, continuing the story. However, the comeback will be a limited-episode show. The producer, Ekta, shared that the show returns just to revive the nostalgia and not as another show. The show has Smriti Irani, Aman Upadhyay, Hiten Tejwani, Gauri Pradhan, Rohit Suchanti, Riya Sharma, Aman Gandhi, and others in key roles.
