Today’s episode 599, airing on 3 November, begins with Neel sleeping at home. Meanwhile, someone knocks on the door, and as he opens it, he sees Saumya, but he is unaware of who she is. He asks her who she is, and he calls her his Choti Maa. Neel is shocked and clarifies that his mother is hospitalized and he doesn’t know her.
Saumya tells Neel the truth that Neel is Mangal’s son, who was replaced in the hospital. She tells her that her husband, Adit, is his father, and that she is Adit’s second wife. However, despite telling everything, Neel refuses to accept it, and doubts brew in his mind. On the other hand, Mangal’s mother worries about Deepika, who is hospitalized.
At the same time, Adit asks Mangal whether she has spoken to Ishana, but Mangal says it’s not the right time. Mangal, her mother, and Ishana meet Deepika in the hospital, where Saumya comes with Kusum for her pregnancy check-up. However, Mangal and Kusum fail to see each other. Mangal calls Adit to ask about Neel, which leaves Ishana surprised.
Kusum searches for Saumya and calls Mangal, thinking she is Saumya. Mangal greets Kusum and is left shattered upon seeing Saumya’s pregnancy, as the wardboy congratulates Kusum. At home, Saumya tells Adit about her meeting with Mangal, which leaves him worried. Meanwhile, Mangal arrives at the door to return Kusum’s bag. Adit welcomes her into the house, and soon Neel makes his entry in a very shocking way.
