Pratha, in Nagin form, enters Patal Lok, takes up Amrit Kalash, and returns to Earth. Rishabh arrives at the temple with Reynaksh and Seema. Nag rekha intervenes and stops Reynaksh and Seema. Rishab walks into the temple. He is followed by Seema and Reynaksh. When Patal notices that the door is about to close, Mahak becomes concerned for Pratha and asks her to hurry. Pratha exits Patal Lok on time and declares that she will now defend her country. Rishabh enters, calling her name. Mahak believes Seema was the one who brought him here. Rishabh inquires of Pratha as to why she is here and where Chanda aunty is. Reynaksh and Seema are the next to arrive. Mahak is taken aback to see him alive and wonders how he is still alive after Pratha killed him. Rishabh discovers Chanda comatose beneath a pillar and confronts Pratha about her condition.
Pratha claims that there was an earthquake here recently, but Chanda is unharmed. Reynaksh expresses concern for his Chanda and tongue lashes Pratha, accusing her of attempting to harm his mother. Seema has stated that she will not be allowing her best buddy to stay here. Pratha claims she won’t be able to take Chanda from this location. Pratha is warned by Rishabh to be careful with his mother. Pratha greets Seema by name and informs her that she is not Rishabh’s biological mother. Seema pretends to be Rishabh’s mother and assures him that she adores him. Pratha, she murmurs, gives her Amrit Kalash.
Pratha warns Rishabh not to trust Seema, claiming that Chanda is his biological mother. Seema continues her performance by claiming to be Rishabh’s biological mother. Rishabh, as usual, succumbs to her melodrama. Seema declares that she would leave with her best friend. She is stopped by Pratha and Mahak. Seema then grabs Chanda by the throat with a knife and orders Pratha to reveal the location of Amtrith Kalash. Rishabh is taken aback by this. Seema welcomes Chanda as his biological mother. Rishabh is even more surprised when he hears this and begins coughing up blood. Seema recalls the occasion in which she poisoned Rishabh before coming here.
Rishabh collapses and declares that if Seema had asked, he would have gladly given his life. Rishabh keeps his head on Pratha’s lap while she assures him that nothing will happen to him. This poison, according to Seema, gives the Nagins life while killing people like Rishabh. Rishabh thinks back on the good times he had with Pratha and apologises for not believing her. Pratha is given one hour to save herself or her country, according to Seema. Rishabh loses consciousness after asking Pratha to preserve the country first. Chanda sobs as she sees this, and she loses consciousness as well.
