The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Hema pulling the rope which breaks one of the table legs. Gehna loses her balance and falls rolling near the terrace edge. Kanak reaches on time and saves her. The family gather after they hear Anant scream. He says it was his fault. Gehna tells him to not blame himself, she tries to get up but is in pain as she broke her ankle. Anant lifts her and takes her into the room. Baa and Pankaj praise Kanak for saving Gehna. Gehna thanks Kanak for saving her life. Anant tells Kanak that he couldn’t believe that Kanak could change but after witnessing this he believes her. And he apologises to her for thinking wrong about her. Kanak says that by saving Gehna God might forgive her for her sins, she goes to make lunch for the family.
Hema comes and asks Kanak why she saved Gehna and ruined her plan. Kanak says she would have not spared her if anything would have happened to Gehna, Hema walks fuming. Kanak gets a call from her mother who asks if she is cooking. Kanak says her plan is going better than expected and Hema is unknowingly helping her. She says now her target is the whole Desai family, she will break their heart and take revenge on them.
Anant applies ointment on Gehna’s leg as she cries in pain. Anant says that because of his stupidity she had to undergo this pain. Gehna says that she likes when he cares about her and hopes one day he will love her. Krishna comes in concerned for Gehna. He says that ointment won’t take the pain away. Anant asks then what will. Krishna keeps talking to Gehna distracting her while he pulls her leg. Gehna cries in pain. Krishna says that pain can take away the main pain. Gehna moves her leg and notices that her pain is gone. Anant and Gehna thank him.
Baa tells Kanak that she wants all her 3 bahus to perform Vat Poornima pooja. Kanak says that she will personally take care of all the arrangements for the pooja. Jigna walks in saying if her daughter has taken such big responsibility, her mother has to be there. Baa welcomes her. Later Jigna asks Kanak if she made chariot arrangements. Kanak says Gehna will be in great trouble this time. Gehna is studying with Anant, Krishna comes and asks for 15 minutes with Gehna.
