The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Hema going and telling Kanak that Anant and Gehna are conspiring against her. Kanak tells her she is lying as she didn’t take her in the team. Hema says that she should confront Anant and Gehna. Paresh hears their conversation and informs Anant and Gehna. Anant sees Kanak coming with Hema and tells Gehna that their plan will fail as Hema was not delivering the dialogues naturally. Kanak comes and asks what they are talking about. Anant and Gehna pretend to be nervous and say that Hema planned to inform Kanak that they have hired a fake Irani builder to grab her house back and then take back the house by tricking Kanak. Hema says that they are lying. Paresh comes and as part of the act asks Anant if Hema was successful in tricking Kanak.
Kanak hears it and slaps Hema. Hema gets angry and is determined to expose Anant and Gehna. Kanak tells Jigna that she feels something is wrong so will postpone the deal. Gehna hears it. The next morning Kanak wakes up hearing family panicking; she rushes down to see the ceiling breaking down and debris falling. Jigna says the water is not coming. Chetan says pipes are blocked and can burst anytime, so he stopped the water supply. Jigna tells Kanak to make the deal before Mr Irani finds about it and reduces the price.
Gehna smirks remembering the planning made with family members to speed up the deal. Anant and Gehna head out to disguise as Mr and Mrs Irani, Hema follows to expose them. Gehna notices her and tells Anant, they get inside a house. Hema goes to check in the house and see Anant and Gehna hugging each other saying they don’t get privacy at home. Hema gets embarrassed and runs away.
At home, Baa pleads with Kanak to not sell the house. She tells Kanak to remember how she entered this house when she got married. Kanak also remembers how she was kicked out of the house. She says she will take revenge by selling the house. After a while, Iranis visit Kanak and offer her money by asking her to sign the house documents. Kanak says she will do that after counting money.
