The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Gehna asking Radhika to stop playing games and tell the where Kanak is. Anant returns home and asks what has happened. Gehna says that Radhika has kept Kanak hidden somewhere. Radhika asks Anant how his interview went, Anant says he got the job. He asks Radhika about Kanak. Baa says because of Radhika they have to worry about Kanak instead of celebrating for Anant’s job. Baa threatens Radhika to tell where Kanak is. Radhika says they will repent once police come to find out about Kanak. NGO lady calls Radhika to ask if Kanak has been found, Radhika says not yet. Radhika tells Anant to come with her if he wants to find Kanak.
Baa curses Radhika and faints because of tension. The family rush to get water, the colour of the water is blue. Gehna notices that even Kanak was wearing a blue saree. Anant and Gehna rush to the water tank. Anant sees Kanak drowning and saves her on time. The family get worried and asks what happened to Kanak. Gehna informs that Radhika had kept Kanak in a water tank. She tells Radhika they have two reasons to celebrate as Anant got the job and that Kanak is safe. Kanak thinks she has put her own life in danger by calling Radhika.
In the evening Anant goes out with Radhika. At the restaurant, Radhika tells Anant that she was sure he will return to her. Anant gives her a rose and thanks her for giving him a life and introducing his biggest strength to him. At home, Gehna prays to God to protect Anant. Krishna and Tia come home telling her to not worry as God is with Anant. Anant tells Radhika that Gehna has taken her place in his heart. He says he always liked Gehna but because of Radhika, he has realised how much he loves Gehna.
Radhika gets angry and burns the rose. Anant returns home and gets happy seeing Gehna smile. He meets Tia and Krishna. Tia asks Anant why he went out with Radhika. Anant says there was something important. Tia then asks Gehna why did she not stop Anant from meeting Radhika. Gehna says when Anant says it’s important how can she stop him. Paresh tells them to cut the cake as he is feeling hungry. Anant cuts the cake and feeds the entire family. Radhika returns home frowning and sees Anant feeding cake to Gehna.
