The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with the Desai family performing the Janmashtami pooja. Gehna prays to God that she is here only because of his blessings and Anant’s support. Radha and Krishna’s veil flies and lands on them. Baa says that God has blessed them together. Baa asks Pankaj and Kanak to swing Bal Gopal. Pankaj holds Kanak’s hand and they swing Bal Gopal. Kanak thinks Radhika’s game ended but now her game will start. Gehna gives prasad to the inspector and he leaves praising Gehna. Vimala tells Radhika to come along with them as Kanak has taken the complaint back. Radhika talks with the women in private and says she feels Kanak is being pressured to take the complaint back. She advises she should stay to make sure everything is okay. Vimla tells everyone that they have decided that Radhika will stay one last week to give the final report.
Anant asks why will Radhika stay. Kanak tells that Radhika stays here and if something happens to her in 1 week, they should take responsibility. Later Radhika comes into Kanak’s room and shouts how dare she saved her enemy Gehna. Kanak tells her to lower her voice. She says she used her to get revenge on Desai’s by putting her on fire, dropping a chandelier on her, and eventually trying to kill her with a real sword. Radhika nervously says if the sword was real she would be dead. Kanak shows her the sword, and says she saved her as well and should not forget that. Kanak says their mutual enemy is Gehna so they should get together to fight with her, Radhika agrees. Anant thinks of informing Gehna about Sagar’s escape but doesn’t as it will tense her more. He gets a call threatening to leave the mission if he wants his family safe. Anant says he has already left it.
Gehna gets a horrible dream about Anant and wakes up in fear. She goes to find him and sees him standing. She wonders if Anant is tensed about losing his job. Gehna goes to Anant and says let’s play a game. She tells him to hold her finger. Anant holds her hand, Gehna repeats she told him to hold her figure. Anant says first time a husband has lost for holding his wife’s hand. Kanak meets with Sagar and welcomes him. Sagar says that Desais are fools to think that Kanak saved Gehna. Kanak says the whole Desai family will be punished this time. Sagar asks how, Kanak says it’s a secret and even Anant will not be able to save his family.
Radhika comes clapping asking what will happen if she informs the family that their elder bahu helped escape Sagar from jail. Sagar asks what will she get from it. Radhika says peace. Kanak asks Radhika what she wants. Radhika says to destroy Anant and Gehna. Sagar says if they unite, they can easily destroy Gehna and Anant. Kanak says if they become a closed fist then nobody can defeat them. Radhika agrees by shaking hands with them. Sagar says their 4th member will join them soon. Kanak thinks the next day will bring a fresh challenge for Anant and Gehna.
