The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 starts with Kanak telling Radhika that Pankaj and Chetan could not find Anant and Gehna. Radhika wonders where they must have gone. Kanak says that they must be spending some alone time as a couple. Radhika gets angry and throws her phone. Anant prepares herbal paste for Gehna’s wound. Gehna shivers because of Scorpio’s bite. The lady brings mango leaves and tells him to tie them around Gehna’s wound. She tells him that we will know if the poison’s effect has gone after two hours. She tells him to rest and gives him water. Sagar tells the lady that his wife is fasting so he won’t drink water unless she does.
After Pankaj and Chetan come home, the family decides to lodge a missing complaint. Hema takes Kanak into a room and asks her if she has anything to do with this. She tries to slap her but Hema holds her hand and tells her it’s enough. She tells Kanak that she knows that Sagar kidnapped Gehna on her order. Kanak says that she hates Gehna but won’t go to this extent to harm her.
Anant gets worried for Gehna and thinks of calling a doctor. But gets worried about leaving her alone. He asks the lady why Gehna has not gained consciousness yet. The lady tells him to be patient. Anant tries everything to wake her up. He shakes her and sprinkles water on her. Gehna finally wakes up. He hugs her tightly. Radhika enters the room and sees them hugging. They stop hugging as they see Radhika. But Gehna’s mangalsutra gets stuck in his shirt. Radhika tells him that she came here to pray and thanks to God that she found him. The lady tells Gehna that her husband was worried and didn’t even drink a drop of water. She gives them water and they drink together. Radhika gets jealous seeing this.
While they all are leaving Bapuji and Paresh reach. They ask them what happened. Anant tells that Gehna got bit by a Scorpio. Bapuji says that they should call a doctor. Gehna says that she is fine now. Gehna tells Radhika to go home as it is getting late. She says she is worried for Anant. He says everyone is with him so she should go.
Precap: Everyone is celebrating Gehna’s birthday. Hema asks Anant where is Gehna’s gift. He calls Radhika and tells her that she will stay here from now.
