This episode starts with Sager escaping before Anant could catch him. Anant has a misunderstanding and congratulates everyone even though Gehna is the winner. When Radhika asks Anant how he knows Gehna would win, he tells Radhika that it was obvious since Gehna spoke from the heart in this round. Gehna believes Anant loves Radhika a lot yet he supported Gehna. And that’s why for Gehna the support means everything.
On the other hand, Radhika knows that Anant still loves Gehna even though he tries to hide it. In the next scene, Radhika goes to get a bottle of water for herself. Anant gets one for her but before he could give it to Radhika, Gehna acts like she’s coughing and so he gives it to Gehna instead. Gehna in turn gives it to Radhika but Radhika just gives it back to Gehna. Anant leaves after telling them to practice.
Kanak sees Sagar and is shocked. Sagar tells her that he was calling them but no one was picking up his call. The police are after him and that he’s no better than a beggar and Gehna is the one to blame. In anger, he slightly breaks Gehna’s heels. Kanak tries to reason that Gehna will get embarrassed on stage. Gehna comes to get her heels, Sagar sees her and hides under the table.
Peter, the host announces the beginning of the ramp walk round. Gehna gets to the stage and Jamuna gets happy when she sees Gehna wearing the necklace she gave her. During her ramp walk, Gehna’s heel comes off completely. Kanak gets happy when she thinks Gehna can’t complete this round and smiles. Gehna notices her smiling. While Jamuna wonders why Gehna stopped, everyone criticizes Gehna because she stopped walking.
The judge informs Gehna that if she doesn’t finish the ramp walk she’ll be disqualified. Kanak thinks Gehna will get disqualified because of her broken heel and leg but Gehna walks through the pain. Anant feels sorry for Gehna. Kanak wins the round. Gehna gets a warning from the judge. The host announces that the 4th round will happen the next day.
Gehna struggles while returning from the stage and almost falls but Anant saves her. Radhika and Hema witness the event and are shocked. Hema leaves Radhika after telling her that she needs to tell Kanak about how Gehna was fine on stage but as soon as she sees Anant she’s in pain.
Sapan takes a look at Gehna’s leg and tells her that it’s a sprain and that she needs to rest. Tia protests by talking about the next round but Sapan insists that she needs a week’s rest. Kanak thinks she’s won the show for sure. While Praful claims that Gehna’s health is more important, Jamuna insists that Gehna will participate! She asks Kanak to get some medicine for Gehna but Kanak sabotages the bowl by putting oil on it. Jamuna drops the bowl on Gehna’s leg. And the episode ends with Gehna wincing from the pain.
