The episode starts with Gehna asking them to untie her, but she is terrified when she sees the shock therapy apparatus. They are going to shock her, but Siddharth, who resembles Anant, intervenes. When Gehna sees him, he smiles ( Tere Liye song plays in the background ). He warns her not to misinterpret and chastises others for mistreating Gehna. He releases Gehna and discusses Gupta’s suspension.
He inquires as to whether they have completed their emotional play and informs them that it appears that everyone is as enraged as Gehna. Pankaj inquires about his whereabouts. Siddharth inquires of Krishna as to what is going on. Kanak is perplexed as to who this man who resembles Anant is.
Gehna informs Siddharth that she knows he’ll come back and that she told everyone he saved her, but no one believed her. Now that he has returned, everyone will believe her. He requests that she cease referring to him as Anant because he is not. She is about to hug him when he stops her and tells her that he will give her medicines and that she should take them properly and return home once she has recovered completely. He then walks away. She pursues him and inquires as to why he is acting so strangely. She requests that he tell her the truth. He inquires as to whether she intends to flee the hospital using him, and advises her not to waste his time. Gehna is being held by two ladies who demand that she return the jewellery.
She asks him to save her from those ladies. He asks her about her guts. Gehna tells those ladies that she didn’t steal their jewels and asks them to catch the real culprit. He holds her before she falls.
Paresh tells Desai’s that everyone searching for Gehna. Siddharth brings Gehna there. Everyone shocks seeing Siddharth with Gehna. He puts Gehna on the sofa and she regains her consciousness. Jamuna calls Siddharth Anant and kisses him. Siddharth tells them that Anant is back to his family and it was really hard for him to stay away from them and then starts laughing which confuses others
She requests that he save her from the females. He inquires about her intestines. Gehna informs the ladies that she did not steal their diamonds and requests that they find the true culprit. He catches her before she falls.
Paresh informs Desai that everyone is looking for Gehna. Gehna is brought there by Siddharth. Everyone is taken aback when they see Siddharth with Gehna. Gehna regains consciousness after he places her on the sofa. Jamuna introduces Siddharth to his friends as Anant and kisses him. Siddharth informs them that Anant has returned to his family and that it was really difficult for him to be apart from them, and then begins laughing, which perplexes the others
