In the beginning, Swara expresses her regret to Pankaj for whatever has occurred as a result of her. Anant blames himself for failing to see Swara and Kusum’s drama and falling into their trap rather than allowing Gehna to evict them. Gehna soothes him down and assures him that Swara will not damage their family.

Pankaj summons the entire crew and requests that they execute his wife’s grah pravesh. Gehna intervenes and offers to carry out Swara’s grah pravesh. Hema makes a remark Gehna is the new leader of the home, and she makes all of the choices. Swara is asked to put her right foot in by Gehna. She then explained that since she is now the bahu of this house, she must adhere to its four pillars. The first is mutual respect, the second is upholding the house’s dignity, the third is upholding its morales/sanskaras, and the fourth is safeguarding ties. Swara agrees, and when she sees Baa approaching, she hugs Gehna and praises her for performing her grah pravesh. She then insists that Gehna touch her feet because she is now her jethani, but she argues that it is fine because they are sisters. Kusum adds to the conversation.

Gehna is forced to touch her jethani’s feet by Pankaj. Gehna says she will because touching other people’s feet does not make you small. Kusum yanks her hand away furiously, then behaves and says Swara deserves all the bliss a married lady deserves, so she can’t stop. Swara wins the ritual performed by Pankaj and Swara. Swara will rule over this house, Kusum adds, followed by Pankaj’s heart. Gehna knows Kusum is in cahoots with Swara and has come to destroy their home.
