The episode starts with Surya learning from Gehna that Urmila is his biological mother. He inquires as to why she is repeating the same rubbish. She reveals that Suhani is not his biological mother. He wants her to stop and not say anything negative about Suhani. He asks how she can say this since everything between her and Suhani is perfect right now. She informs him that Suhani is keeping him away from his biological mother to profit herself. Suhani begs her not to try to cause miscommunication between a mother and her son. She goes on to say that she is certain Surya will not believe it.
Surya inquires about Suhani’s absence from the mother’s name column on his birth certificate. He inquires if he has been living a lie up to this point. Surya is about to be promised by Suhani. Dadi, however, pulls her aside and asks her to vow on Sarika. Sarika expresses her desire to live and requests Suhani not to make any false promises. Surya inquires as to if Sarika is aware that he is not Suhani’s son. He goes on to say that it appears like everyone but him is aware of the truth. Suhani reveals that she is not his biological mother. He cries as he tells her that he has been living a lie his entire life.
Gehna contacts Urmila and informs her that she and Surya will be reunited shortly. She goes on to say that now Surya knows the truth and invites Urmila inside. Sarika steals Gehna’s phone and smashes it. Gehna, she claims, ruined everything. Suhani, she says, is better than Urmila for Surya. Gehna tells Suhani that her motives are bad and then walks on. She prays to God to guide and encourage Surya on the correct path.
Surya enters the room with his luggage. Urmila walks into the house. Surya informs Gehna that he understands why she told the truth since she cares about him, but that no one should discuss it again. He requests that she forget everything and that he will forget as well. He goes on to say that he simply wants to live as Suhani’s son. She informs him that Suhani’s objectives are bad, and they are unable to forget. She goes on to say that Suhani was always manipulating Surya for Sikandar’s benefit. She claims she is unable to live with Suhani. She requests that he pick between her and Suhani.
He displays items from his youth that Suhani has saved with her until today. He declares his preference for Suhani. He severed his ties with Gehna. He informs everyone, including Urmila, that he will divorce Gehna. He informs her that she does not care about his feelings and that he is an illegitimate son. Suhani informs Surya that she would be leaving the house and requests that Gehna not be divorced. Surya says Gehna, not Suhani, must leave the house.
