Tarak Mehta was approached by Jethalal to join him in a meeting as a translator. However, due to very important work in his office, Tarak Mehta refuted the claim of the holiday. Tarak Mehta’s absence from the meeting tomorrow caused Jethalal to feel anxious.

Taarak met Bhide in the society compound when Bhide asked him why he went to Doctor Hathi’s clinic. Taarak explained everything to him in detail. Bhide praised Taarak highly after hearing this. Taarak went to the home of Dr Hathi and begged him to bandage his leg. Doctor Hathi concurred, even though he doesn’t lie in this way. Taarak then detailed Jethalal’s international client to Dr Hathi; because of that, he lied to his boss and took a leave from the office. He will help Jethalal in his meeting after listening to Dr Hathi and plastering Tarak’s leg. And he praised Taarak for his friendship with Jethalal.
Mehta Saab called his boss on video and instructed Dr Hathi to talk to his boss, implying that his boss would pay close attention to what the doctor had to say. Taarak phones his boss and informs him about the sprain before informing him that he is unable to walk normally. His boss initially became irate upon hearing this. Mehta Saab’s boss was informed by Dr Hathi that Mehta was in great pain. However, Mehta is unable to walk properly, so he is unable to go to the office.
