The episode starts with Jethalal telling Popatlal to sleep peacefully and cutting the phone. Popatlal is still anxious and can’t sleep. He hears the dogs bark again and again and he can’t figure out whether it is good luck or bad luck. Popatlal then calls Bhide and informs him of everything. Bhide also instructs him to stop thinking negatively and to sleep, but Popatlal forces him to come with him and find the dog and make him quiet. Bhide hesitates but Madhavi tells him to go. Sodhi and Roshan are sleeping and suddenly Sodhi falls, and Roshan wakes up shockingly and asks Sodhi what happened, he adds that he fell. Then Sodhi receives a call from Bhide and Bhide explains everything to him then both of them come into the compound and Bhide also brings biscuits to feed the dog. Popatlal also accompanies them. The three of them go to society’s backside and try to find the barking dog.
Initially, they are unsuccessful in finding the dog, but later they find the dog and Bhide feeds the dog biscuits. The dog becomes quiet and they come back to society. Sodhi and Bhide go home and tell Popatlal to sleep. Then Sodhi is about to go into the room and he receives a call from Popatlal again. Popatlal tells him that he can’t sleep and requests him to come to his place. Then Sodhi sees that Roshan is sleeping and he removes the alcohol bottle that he kept behind the TV set. And as he was removing the bottle, Roshan asked him what he was doing.
He lies to Roshan that he saw a mouse there and tells Roshan that Popatlal has called him again and he goes to Popatlal’s house then Sodhi first tries to make Popatlal sleep by telling him a story of a King and his Queen but, Popatlal cannot sleep by listening to the story. Then Sodhi goes out into the living room and brings a glass filled with alcohol and gives it to Popatlal telling him that he has mixed sleeping tablets in it. Popatlal smells it and tells Sodhi that it is not a tablet but something else. Sodhi assures him and tells him to drink. Popatlal drinks it and sleeps peacefully.
