In today’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah episode, all gents are happy that Bhide is buying a car and then they decide to bring gifts for Bhide. Jethalal decides to gift Bhide a mobile stand and car mobile charger. Iyer decides to gift Bhide a cute pillow. Then they all go home. Jethalal calls Bagha. Natu Kaka and Bagha are worried that Jethalal maybe in tension. Bagha picks up the phone and asks as to what is the problem? Jethalal tells that there is no problem, he called to tell that Bhide bought a new car so he wants to gift him mobile stand and a car mobile charger. Bath Kaka tries to call Bhide to congratulate him but Jethalal stops as Bhide has kept it a surprise. Jethalal instructs Bagha to get the gifts wrapped properly and come by 10 am. in the society.
Then in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Sonu is tense as she is happy that her Baba bought a car but also worried about Madhavi’s reaction. She prays to God that their parents should not fight tomorrow. Then Madhavi can’t sleep as she is thinking what the surprise will be. On the other hand, Bhide is thinking about the car and Madhavi’s reaction and is happy about it. Then they both come face to face and Bhide asks Madhavi as to why she has not slept yet. She requests him to tell the surprise as she can’t sleep. Bhide tell her to wait one more night and she will get to know the surprise. Then they next morning, Chachaji is restless and want to plan about Independence Day. Then he thinks of discussing with Bhide but later he realises that Bhide will be busy with his car surprise. Then Chachaji decides to plan with Tapu Sena and Iyer. Everyone gather in the club house.
Lastly in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Chachaji comes in the club house and tells them that they are celebrating Independence Day in few days and they need to plan about it very well. He also tells them that this year’s Independence Day is very special as it has been 75 years since we got independence. They all share their memories of Independence Day and their proudness of being Indian. Then they all go home. Iyer tham goes to bring gift to Bhide. Then Bhide prays to God that everything should go according to his plan. Then Madhavi ask about the surprise but he tells her that he will tell in some time and he goes to Sodhi’s house to ask about the car’s arrival. Sodhi tells that he called the vendor and car will arrive on time. Then Bhide writes the suvichar and then goes to the temple to pray. He then encounters Iyer, Popatlal and Jethalal who hide from them about his surprise and wish him all the luck. Bhide feels happy.
