The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Jethalal saying that he will soon find a job for Popatlal. Jethalal also says that even Popatlal will get married soon as all society members are finding a girl for him. Jethalal leaves. Bapuji asks Popatlal to wait.
Bapuji gives Popatlal sweet curd as his going on a mission to find a job.
Babita asks Iyer to taste Rasgulla. Iyer tastes it and says that the Rasgulla is amazing. Popatlal enters.
Popatlal gives his biodata to Iyer and asks Iyer to find a job for him. Iyer says he will go in his research centre and check if there is any work which Popatlal can do. Popatlal says that he can also work with Iyer and do some new research. Iyer says that Popatlal needs to study science to know everything about research. Also, Iyer says that if he finds any vacancy in the office, then he will surely inform Popatlal.
Then Popatlal goes to Dr Hati. He asks Dr Hati to find a job for him. Dr Hati says that he will try to find a job for Popatlal. Popatlal suggests Dr Hati give him the job of his assistant.
Dr Hati says that is not possible as he needs to know medical science.
Then Popatlal goes to Sodhi. He gives his biodata to Sodhi and asks him to find a job for Popatlal. Sodhi tears off the paper. Roshan asks Sodhi to apologise to Popatlal.
Sodhi asks Popatlal to work at his garage. Popatlal is happy that he got a job and is no more unemployed. Roshan asks Popatlal if he can do all the work in the garage. Popatlal confidently says that he can do any work. Both leaves for work.
Sodhi and Popatlal walk in society compound. Popatlal is worried if he will be able to do all the hard work or not. Sodhi motivates Popatlal.
Later, at the garage, Sodhi introduces Popatlal to his other workers and tells them that they should respect Popatlal as they respect Sodhi.
