The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Taarak thinking tomorrow anyhow he will make Jethalal take the vaccine. Jethalal thinks Taarak was supposed to help him but now Taarak has challenged him. Jethalal worries and thinks if all society members get vaccinated then they will be safe and with that, he will also be safe but Taarak doesn’t want to understand that. Jethalal says he is not scared to take the vaccine but is scared of the injection. Jethalal thinks for a while and gets an idea. He smiles and says he got an idea to get saved from the injection.
The next day, Bhide prays to God that their vaccination camp goes well without any difficulties. He calls out Madhavi-Sona and says they have to go to the clubhouse as he needs to check all the preparations before everyone arrives. Komal asks Dr. Hati if he is ready. Dr Hati says he is ready. Goli asks him to have breakfast so that he doesn’t feel hungry all day. Dr. Hati says his main motive is to get everyone vaccinated, he will be busy vaccinating people so he won’t feel hungry at all.
Dr. Hati and his family arrive at the clubhouse. Bhide writes some rules to follow on the notice board. He goes to the clubhouse and tells Dr. Hati and other doctors that all the arrangements are done. He asks all the doctors to have breakfast before their vaccination camp starts. Bhide hopes all Gokuldham members come in time.
Taarak gets ready and calls Jethalal. Jethalal answers the call and sounds happy. Taarak asks Jethalal if he has a reason to get saved from the vaccine. Jethalal says yes. Taarak asks Jethalal to tell him the reason. Jethalal asks Taarak to complete his challenge and disconnects the call. Jethalal goes to sleep.
Bapuji gets ready and comes to call Jethalal. Bapuji sees Jethalal sleeping and wakes him. Jethalal starts shivering. Bapuji asks him what happened. Jethalal says he has been feeling cold and has had a fever since yesterday night. Bapuji asks him to rest. Jethalal says he wants to take the vaccine. Bapuji says if Jethalal is sick then he cannot take the vaccine. Bapuji makes Jethalal drink a kadha and asks him to rest. Bapuji and Tapu leave and go to the clubhouse.
