The episode of Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Jethalal telling Taarak and Sodhi that everyone called him to ask about his problem except Bhide. Taarak tells Jethalal that even Bhide would have called if he would have given him the maintenance cheque on time. Meanwhile Jethalal gets a call from Bhide and Bhide . Taarak tells Jethalal that Bhide has called him to ask for the Cheque. Bhide asks Jethalal about his problem and Jethalal tells Him that Bagha was kidding as he wanted him to reach the godown as soon as possible. Bhide tells Jethalal that thank god everything is ok with him and also reminds him to pay the maintenance of 1year on time. Jethalal tells Bhide that he will once the deal is finalized. Bhide also reminds Jethalal about the Party.
Taarak and Sodhi leave Jethalal’s godown. Jethalal gets a call from Subu Bhai and he asks Jethalal to meet him in hotel Nandanone. Jethalal and Bagha reach hotel Nandanone and wait for Subu Bhai. Subu Bhai comes and Jethalal orders a coffee for him . Subu Bhai and Jethalal greet each other and start with the meeting. Subu Bhai tells Jethalal that wow is a big brand and to finalize the deal he will have to make him happy. Subu Bhai tells Jethalal that he has been working as a manager in wow Hotel for a long time and that he has a lot of experience. Subu Bhai tells Jethalal that he will have to give him 10% commission once after the deal gets finalized. Jethalal disagrees with what Subu Bhai says and also asks him about why he wants to go against his own company. Subu Bhai tells Jethalal that he won’t get the deal if he doesn’t give him 15% commission. Jethalal disagrees and tells him that his Bapuji has always taught him to be loyal with his business. Subu Bhai gets angry and leaves. Bagha feels proud of Jethalal.
