Today’s episode 207, airing on 30 January, begins with Arya shattering and breaking down in tears. Jhende comes to see him in his room, where he is left shocked to see Arya crying. He questions her about the reason for his condition, and Arya expresses his pain that Anu has rejected his proposal, saying they cannot take their relationship further. Arya hugs Jhende, seeking his support.
However, Jhende doesn’t like this, and he goes directly to Anu’s house in the chawl. He gets angry and confronts Anu, asking her why she did this. Jhende also shares with Gopal and Pushpa that Anu had confessed her feelings for Arya long before, but Arya didn’t reciprocate, and Anu had been expecting a confession for a long time. When he did propose to her, she rejected him.
Jhende, in anger, asks Anu why she did this, and Gopal tells Jhende that he cannot talk to Anu like this. But Jhende tells Gopal to stay out of it, since it’s between him and Anu. Anu warns Jhende that, no matter how angry he may be, he cannot talk to her parents rudely or disrespect them.
