The episode of Yeh Hai Chahatein starts with Rudra telling Preesha that they lost hope about Saransh but they got him back. Rudra asks Preesha if Saransh memories will come back or not. Preesha says her paediatrician friend can prescribe something which can help Saransh recover his memory. Rudra gets happy. He says they will take Saransh to Preesha’s friend. The next day, Anvi wakes up and calls Preesha. Arman comes there and tells Anvi that Preesha is busy as they have a function. Anvi says she will get ready on her own. Arman smiles and leaves. Sania asks Arman why he did not tell Anvi that Preesha is getting engaged with Rudra and not him. Arman says Anvi is his trump card to stop Preesha and Rudra’s engagement.
Preesha and Rudra take Saransh to her doctor friend. The doctor checks the report and tells them that Saransh memory nerves got damaged due to strong medication. Rudra asks the doctor if Saransh’s memory will come back. Preesha says they have stopped the medication. The doctor says Saransh’s memory will come back and for that, they have to recreate the moments which they together have enjoyed.
Later, Rudra and Sharda come to Arman’s house. Vasu and GPS greet them. Rudra searches for Preesha. Preesha comes there with Saransh. Rudra looks at Preesha. Arman tells Rudra that he got a man to fix a turban on his head. Sharda asks Rudra to fix it. Rudra goes to fix his turban. Anvi hugs Preesha and compliments her. Preesha also compliments Anvi. Arman sees Panditji and says they should exchange the ring now.
Preesha is about to fix the ring on Rudra’s finger but Anvi stops her. Anvi says Arman and Preesha should get engaged and asks Rudra to go away. Everyone gets shocked. Arman smiles and tries to explain to Anvi but she doesn’t listen to anyone. Preesha takes Anvi into a room and explains to her that she loves Rudra and wants to marry him. Anvi understands Preesha.
Anvi goes to Rudra and apologises to him. She says Rudra and Preesha can get engaged. Rudra gets happy. Preesha and Rudra exchange the rings. Arman fumes and thinks he was supposed to get engaged to Preesha.
