Today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 3 June episode starts with Doctor informing Naira (Shivangi Joshi) that there is a high possibility that she is pregnant. Doctor suggests running more tests to know for sure. Naira is filled with happiness after hearing the news. She becomes hopeful and prays to the god to that everything will be fine.
On the other hand, Kartik (Mohsin Khan) gets furious about the growing proximity between Naira and Mihir. Thinking about Naira’s lie upsets him further. Kartik starts questioning Naira about her workshop as soon as she gets home. Naira takes a decision in her mind of not informing anything about the pregnancy to Karthik until she gets confirmed.
Gayu talks with Samarth stating she is stressed about her child because of Suhasini (Swati Chitnis). Samarth decides to do something about it and goes to talk to Suhasini. An audio message is sent to Kartik by Mitali consisting of a recording of Naira praising Mihir. Kartik gets agitated over it.
Samarth, Kriti, Naksh and Kartik have dinner together. Naira informs Karthik that she will get late for the meet up so Kartik decides to wait for her. Naira goes to the hospital to get the tests done. She makes her way to the restaurant for the dinner. Kartik dodges Naira at the dinner.
