The episode begins with Jhaveri questioning Trisha. He accepts Trisha being a victim, but a victim of greed as she wants everything that others around her have. Jhaveri says that Trisha is from the same ashram Naira was in and now Naira belongs to a happy, rich family and not all are as lucky as her. Shivani objects to such personal comments. Jhaveri continues saying that a girl who has to wait for donations to fulfil her wishes will, of course, get attracted to the riches of the family she went to. Jhaveri continues trapping Trisha in words and she bursts into tears. Jhaveri tells the judge that if this girl doesn’t know the meaning of molestation, how can she accuse his clients. Jhaveri tells the judge who will decide it, if the story right or wrong, what happened there, they have no proof or witness, the marks can be of an accident also, how shall we believe this story.
Jhaveri asks Trisha if she knew the boys before and Trisha denies. The argument goes on and Jhaveri accuses Trisha of false blames as there are no proofs. Shivani says that they have one witness and wants the judge’s permission to let him in. He permits. The balloon seller enters and Abhishek assures Luv-Kush that his dad will manage everything.
The balloon seller Mohan affirms Trisha’s story. He tells that he caught the boys and they gave him Rs 500 and left. Jhaveri asks him how is he sure, these three where those boys to which he replied he remembers them well. Jhaveri asks Mohan questions about how he saw them clearly when he has high power glasses. Jhaveri confuses Mohan with twisted questions and details.
Jhaveri says Shivani wasted time of the court and his clients are innocent. Naira gets up and speaks about justice being blind and there shouldn’t be discrimination. Naira is fined for speaking in between and Judge adjourns the court until next hearing. Jhaveri tells Naira that even though they found the witness, he will only win the case, to which Naira says you might win in the court but the truth will prevail.
