Today’s episode begins with Anshuman apologising to Abhira (Samridhii Shukla), highlighting that she doesn’t wish to hurt her but comfort her. He tells her that Preeti presented her daughter as Pookie for money, but Abhira stays silent. She emphasizes that she has lost hope of getting happiness, and so it’s normal for her. But it is good that the fake Pookie got exposed before she took her to meet Armaan (Rohit Purohit). Maira hugs Abhira, asking her to hold on to hope, as this time, Pookie will come back to her forever.
Meanwhile, Sanjay enters the house screaming at Abhir. Sanjay threatens Abhir that he has to call Charu today as they want to talk to her anyhow. But Abhir shares that it’s impossible now. Meanwhile, Kiara arrives with Charu’s photo, adorned with a garland, hinting at her death. Kaveri, Vidya, Manisha, and Abhira are shocked, and as Kajal and Sanjay turn, they are in disbelief. Abhir reveals the news of Charu’s death due to fourth-stage cancer, sending shockwaves. Amidst the denial, Armaan arrives and shatters, learning about Charu.
Later, Geetanjali’s grandfather tells her to stop claiming her rights over Maira because her real mother has come, which grows her fears of losing Maira. Geetanjali cries bitterly. Kajal cries a lot, and Abhira sits with her, consoling her. Armaan wonders why Abhira is not with Maira, and Kaveri emphasizes that she is unaware of the truth. Armaan plans to tell the truth when Abhira is free, but Kaveri worries for the worst.
Precap: Abhira becomes happy that she has finally found her daughter. Abhira prepares khichdi for Maira and gives it to her. Maira, talking to Armaan on the call, tells him to come meet her as she misses him. Armaan tells her that he cannot come and asks her to eat khichdi. Maira emphasizes that she likes khichdi made by Geetanjali, which hurts Abhira, thinking that even after being a mother, she is not a mother of her daughter. Armaan notices this and decides to get Abhira her mother’s rights.
