The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik asking Sirat to meet Ranvir. Kartik says Sirat got a chance to clear all the things, but she is running away. Kartik says first Ranvir ran away from Sirat and now Sirat is running away; if both keep on running, then they will always end up getting hurt. Sirat says she needs to focus on her life, Kartik and Kairav are her truth and the boxing medal is her truth. Sirat says Kartik always supported her, she started to find happiness in her life and does not want to ruin anything. Kartik says some wounds can be healed without care, but some wounds need the care to heal. Kartik asks Sirat to meet Ranvir and clear out whatever is in her mind.
Manish asks Kartik what is he up to. Kartik says if his family is in trouble, Sirat must be facing more trouble, as she met her past. Kartik says it’s not Sirat’s mistake, so they have to understand Sirat and respect her decision. Kairav comes to Kartik and asks him to get everyone for a family photo. Kartik says Sirat needs some time, they can have the family photo later.
Nani comes to Kartik and says she cannot find Sirat. Sirat goes to meet Ranvir in the hospital and to find out the answer. A nurse informs Sirat that Ranvir left with his friend. Kartik also comes to the hospital to find Sirat. He learns that Ranvir left with his friend before Sirat arrived. A girl comes and asks Kartik about Ranvir. She says she is Ranvir’s sister. Kartik says that Ranvir had a bullet lodged in his heart, it was some old wound and asks what happened to Ranvir.
Nidhi worries. Kartik says he got Ranvir to the hospital, and she can trust him. Nidhi tells Kartik that Ranvir loved Sirat, but their family was against their relationship. Nidhi says their father warned Ranvir that if he keeps a relationship with Sirat, then he will kill Sirat. Nidhi says Ranvir did not listen to his father and went to the temple to marry Sirat, there he saw a man aiming at Sirat and he came in the middle. Nidhi says Ranvir took a bullet on him for Sirat. Kartik gets shocked.
