The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik telling Manish that he has promised Ranvir that he will always support Sirat. He also promises Manish that he will not let anything happen to their family reputation. Manish says Kartik offered help to Sirat but she denied it, still Kartik wants to help her. Suwarna tries to explain Manish but Dadi stops her. Sirat takes care of Nidhi as she is sick. Saroj looks at Sirat. Kartik takes care of Nani. He messages Sirat if she is fine. Sirat replies everything is fine.
Sirat serves tea to Chauhan and goes. Chauhan fumes. Saroj and Chauhan watch Sirat cleaning her and Ranvir’s picture. Chauhan tells Saroj that Sirat is very smart, she is claiming that she still loves Ranvir but has feelings for Kartik. They leave. Sirat looks at the picture and talks to Ranvir. Sirat says Ranvir left her before and she got him back after 2years, but now Ranvir has left her forever. She sees the boxing gloves, locket and thinks it’s hard for her to stay without Ranvir for 2 days, how she will live without him for a lifetime.
The next day, Raj calls Kartik and says that if not a good time, but Sirat has to participate in the match. Kartik says he will talk to Sirat. He texts Sirat. Sirat ignores his message. Sirat sees an alarm and audio. She plays the audio. In the audio, Ranvir tells Sirat that today she anyhow has to fight the match and win it. He says he cannot hold her hand and encourage her, but he will be present near Sirat during her match. Sirat decides to play the match for Ranvir.
Mr. Chauhan goes to the doctor and asks him to change Ranvir’s death reports. The doctor denies it. Chauhan says that he will pay all his kids’ fees and send them abroad to get them settled. The lawyer asks the doctor to edit the report and write ‘death by poisoning’ instead of ‘death by lead poisoning’. Sirat meets Kartik and tells him that she will fight the match for Ranvir. Kartik says he will always support her.
Later, Raj calls Kartik and says he and Sirat cheated him. Raj asks Kartik to see the news. In the news, it is showing that Sirat had affair with Kartik and so they poisoned Ranvir and killed him. Sirat returns home. She sees some bags and asks what is it. Saroj says those are Sirat’s bags and says she doesn’t want Sirat to stay in their house as she killed Ranvir. Saroj kicks Sirat out.
Meanwhile, Kartik’s family and Kartik get shocked to see the news.
