The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat asking Kartik why he had to lie to his family. Kartik says he doesn’t know about others but his Naira will not feel bad about it. Kartik says Naira knows that they will do all that is needed for their family’s betterment and reminds Sirat about their marriage deal. Sirat says that before she wasn’t married to Ranvir and Kartik’s family didn’t hate her but now it’s different. Sirat says she is Ranvir’s widow. Kartik says he also lost Naira whom he loved the most like how Sirat loved Ranvir. Kartik says now it doesn’t matter, they will handle all the situations and Sirat needs to focus on her boxing career.
Sirat says she should have not come with Kartik. Sirat says Kartik forgot everything but remembers Ranvir’s promise. Sirat says she frees Kartik from Ranvir’s promise. Sirat says Kartik freed her from one lie and trapped her in another lie. Sirat says he doesn’t want to lie to Kartik’s family. Kartik says they have to stay with the lie until their fake case gets solved. Kairav comes there and says that Dadi told him that Kartik and Sirat got married. Sirat feels awkward and says yes. Kairav gets happy and hugs Sirat.
Manish is upset that Kartik did not inform him before taking such a big decision. Kairav tells Kartik that he wants to sleep between Sirat and Kartik. Kairav says his family got complete today and will sleep with them. Kartik asks Kairav to hug Sirat and sleep. Kairav says he wants to sleep between Kartik and Sirat. Kartik agrees.
The next day, Suwarna, Surekha, Dadi and Gayu come to have breakfast as they have to keep Teej. Surekha asks Gayu why she got up early. Gayu says she is divorced, so she doesn’t have to keep fast but will support them. Sirat hears Dadi saying that she will accept Sirat as Kartik’s wife.
Kairav wakes up and greets Kartik and Sirat. Kartik asks Kairav and Sirat to have breakfast. Kairav leaves. Sirat tells Kartik that due to their lie they have to listen to their taunts. Kartik says he will listen to the taunts. Sirat asks Kartik what he would do if he was at her place.
