The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kirti saying they should not lie to the family and Kairav will feel bad. Sirat says Kairav knows about it. Sirat says Kairav knows everything and is supporting them. Sirat says she told them the truth as she knew they will support her. Sirat says with their support she will become confident. Sirat asks Naksh and Kirti to come to Goenka house as everyone is waiting for them. Dadi says they will not tell Kartik the real reason why Naksh and Kirti are not coming. Manish says they should tell Kartik so that he comes to know that he has hurt his family.
Kartik comes and asks if Naksh and Kirti have arrived. Suwarna says they have some emergency work so they cannot come. Kartik says if they cannot come then he will go to meet Kirti. Kartik asks where is Sirat. Gayu says Sirat went out with some important work. Kartik calls Sirat and asks where she is. Sirat says she has come to meet Nidhi. Sirat says she doesn’t have a brother but Nidhi lost her brother and she needs to complete all of Ranvir’s plans which he could not complete.
Sirat rings the bell. Saroj sees Sirat and starts scolding her. Sirat asks her how she is. Saroj says Sirat took everything from her and asks what she wants now. Sirat says she wants to meet Nidhi. Saroj asks Sirat to leave. Sirat sees Nidhi and gives her a file. She tells Nidhi that Ranvir took shares on Nidhi’s name to gift her on Rakshabandhan. Nidhi takes the file. Sirat tries to give some jewellery. Saroj says she doesn’t want anything. Sirat says this jewellery she is giving Nidhi from Ranvir’s side.
Sirat gives the jewellery and leaves. She sees Mr. Chauhan and Ranvir’s doctor together. She hears their conversation. The doctor gives Mr. Chauhan the real reports and says this is the last copy and he has deleted all the data. The doctor says his name should not come anywhere. Mr. Chauhan says he will burn the reports.
Sirat is about to go out. Kartik stops her and says that they have to play smartly and take the paper from Mr. Chauhan without him knowing. Sirat and Kartik get into the house and try to search the papers. Mr. Chauhan doesn’t find a matchstick so he goes into his office.
Mr. Chauhan goes into his office and tries to find his lighter. He calls Saroj and asks her to find the lighter. Kartik and Sirat get into the office and try to find the papers. They hear someone coming.
