The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Naira talking to Dadi when Kairav is sleeping. Then Naira makes an excuse and goes out. Kartik wakes up Kairav, and they both talk to Dadi on a video call. Then Kartik asks Kairav to go to the washroom so that he can go to Naira and they can talk to Dadi.
Dadi asks Naira to give a surprise party to Kairav and send them the pictures. Kartik says that they will send Dadi the pictures and ends the call.
Meanwhile, Kirti tells Gayu that Vansh and Krish want to plan a surprise on Kairav’s birthday. Gayu says that Vansh will not go anywhere. Kirti and Gayu argue.
Then, Kartik meets Naira and tells her that Kairav is busy with Ridhima. Naira tells Kartik that she asked Kartik to stay away because Kairav was scared and she thought that if they stay separate, then Kairav will miss her.
Kartik tells Naira that nothing will happen like that. Naira says that she feels guilty when she sees Kairav getting scared of Naira. Naira also says that it is good that Kartik got a counsellor for Kairav and she will not have any problem with it as Ridhima will help Kairav fight with his fear.
Naira says that they need to plan something for Kairav’s birthday. Kartik tells Naira that it’s his birthday also and even Kartik needs something from Naira. Naira says that she will make a jelly cake for Kairav and asks Kartik what he wants. Kartik says he wants Naira.
Later, Naira gives Kartik a surprise on the terrace. Naira dances in front of Kartik to Kamli song. Naira says that they are Kartik and Naira, and then they are parents of their kids. Kartik says that they are Kaira.
