The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Ridhima telling Kairav that Aai and Naira are the same. Naira and Akshara lived above them, and she used to send Kairav all the food.
Kairav gets surprised and runs away. Kartik and Naira go behind Kairav.
Sudha scolds Ridhima and says that Ridhima is not a good doctor.
Kairav rings the bell of Aai’s flat. Naira comes there and opens the door for him. Kairav goes inside and sees the basket from which Naira used to send food for Kairav. Kairav sees his pictures on the table and wall. He asks Naira if she stayed above them, then why she did not come to meet him. Kairav says that he used to miss Naira a lot, but expressed it to Kartik.
Kairav hugs Naira and apologizes to her as Naira and Akshara had to stay away from them.
Ridhima comes there. Kairav thanks Ridhima for being with him all the time. Naira and Kartik thank Ridhima and say that they will miss her. Kairav asks where Ridhima is going. Kartik says that Ridhima is going back to the US.
Kartik goes to Ridhima and says that Ridhima is not taking fees from them so Kartik will book her US tickets.
Ridhima goes home and cries. She says that Kairav is her Arjun and Kartik is a perfect man. Ridhima says that she wants to have a perfect family, but Naira came in the middle and spoiled everything.
Kartik sends Ridhima her US tickets. She cries and says that she will not go to the US as she has her life here with Kairav and Kartik.
The next day, Kairav makes a card for Ridhima and says that he will give it to Ridhima when she leaves. Ridhima sends a boy to call Kairav to play football. Kairav comes down with Sudha and plays football with them.
Naira then goes to meet Ridhima where she finds that Ridhima is not a doctor as her license is cancelled.
