The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat asking what she can do to return Kartik’s favor.
Kartik apologizes to Sirat for being rude to her the other day. Sirat says she also was rude to him, and now it’s all right.
Kartik is about to ask Sirat if she can come to Udaipur to meet Kairav as he needs her, but the nurse interrupts him and says that Kartik has to get a medicine urgent which is not in their stock.
Kartik and Sirat go to take the medicine. Kartik again tries to ask Sirat, if she can come to Udaipur, but the medical shop arrives, and Sirat goes to take the medicine. Rohan calls Sirat and says he is waiting with Nani until Sirat returns.
The man in the medical asks Kartik the hospital’s name and room number, so that he can send the medicine directly to the hospital.
Kartik thinks Sirat’s Nani is fine, so she can come to Udaipur to meet Kairav. Kartik sees Sirat making a wish. He goes to Sirat.
Sirat asks Kartik to make a wish. Kartik makes a wish for Kairav, and Sirat makes a wish for Nani.
Sirat feels unconscious and faints. Kartik gets a call from Manish. Manish says Kairav’s condition is getting worse and asks him to get Sirat.
Kartik carries Sirat and leaves for Udaipur. Sirat gains consciousness and asks Kartik where he is taking her.
Kartik says Kairav is not well and needs Sirat. Sirat asks Kartik to stop the car. Kartik says the car will stop directly at the hospital.
Kartik reaches the hospital and asks Sirat to meet Kairav. Sirat pushes Kartik and says she will not meet anyone as Kartik kidnapped her and made her away from her Nani.
Kartik gets a call from Manish. Kartik worries and rushes inside the hospital. He goes to Kairav and asks him to fight with the situation.
Kairav stops breathing. Everyone cries for Kairav. Sirat keeps her hand on Kairav’s chest and asks him to wake up as his Mumma has come to meet him.
Kairav comes back to life and gets happy to see his Mumma. The doctor asks Kartik and Sirat to let Kairav rest as he is weak.
