Akshara believes Birla is playing a practical joke on them in today’s episode. She believes that everyone is hiding and will welcome her. Neil, Akshara believes, is planning a surprise for her. Abhimanyu inquires about everyone with Manjiri. Abhimanyu is asked by Akshara not to reveal the surprise. Everyone was taken to the hospital due to an emergency, according to Manjiri. Akshara is taken aback. The light has gone out, and the inverter battery has to be recharged, according to Neil. Manjiri decides to accept Akshara and Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu requests that Manjiri greet him first. He enters the home, leaving Akshara on the porch.
Goenkas believe Akshara will be welcomed with open arms at Birla House. Vansh informed the Goenkas that Abhimanyu had prepared surprises for their Akshara, according to Neel. The led lights are brought by Abhimanyu and his staff. He expresses regret to Akshara. Abhimanyu informs Akshara that in their line of work, patients take precedence over everything else in the world. Akshara acknowledges Abhimanyu’s understanding. Akshara and Abhimanyu are welcomed by Manjiri. Akshara decides to practise other family rituals. Manjiri tells Akshara that her greeting was not magnificent, but that she will get affection from the family. Akshara informs Manjiri that she is aware. Abhimanyu is asked to escort Akshara to Manjiri’s room. Akshara and Abhimanyu enter their room together. They decide to have a conversation together because they didn’t have time during the wedding chaos. Abhimanyu receives a distress call. Akshara tells Abhimanyu to depart since nothing is more important than anything else in the world. Abhimanyu tells her that he has a present for her in the room.
When Akshara enters her room, she is disappointed to find it unadorned. Kairav dials Akshara’s number. He inquires about the post-wedding customs. Akshara assures him of the hospital’s urgency and promises that rites will be performed later. The Goenkas are irritated. Manish believes that everyone should recognise the value of patient life. Akshara puts down the phone. She encourages herself to accept the reality that she married a doctor and that the patient comes first. As she was handling the matter, Harsh summons Arohi back to the hospital to observe Ramani’s son. Arohi has decided to return to Birla Hospital. Meanwhile, Akshara discovers Abhimanyu’s present and compliments the bracelet. Akshara is given a pani puri by Manjiri and Neel. Abhimanyu calls Akshara via video and informs her of his weariness. Abhimanyu is asked to look after Akshara. At the hospital, Abhimanyu sees Arohi.
