In today’s episode, Anand speaks with Harsh and informs him that Mahima wishes for the new department to be named after her mother. Harsh is taken aback. The land, according to Anand, was given to them by their father. Despite what Harsh claims, he founded the hospital. Harsh is asked by Abhimanyu to phone him. Harsh inquires as to why Abhimanyu is continually taunting him. He inquires as to if he has interrupted his musical evening. Abhimanyu inquires as to why he was summoned. Harsh inquires if he recalls the Birla Hospital’s founding day. Abhimanyu considers Birla Hospital to be equally essential. Anand and Harsh decide to pay a visit to the hospital late at night to see how things are going. They invite Abhimanyu to accompany them. Abhimanyu thinks not a single night he has spent well with Akshara. Abhimanyu is summoned by Anand, Mahima, and Harsh. Akshara motions Abhimanyu to leave.
On the occasion of Founder’s Day, Abhimanyu prays. He prays to God and explains why he is becoming agitated because he believes something horrible is about to happen. Abhimanyu requests that God look after Birla Hospital, Manjiri, and Akshara. Anand, Harsh, and Mahima are all looking forward to foundation day. Parth inquires if they are going to the hospital. Akshara informs Parth that they will leave the next day since they would be attending Birla Hospital’s founder’s day. Mahima inquired about Manjari’s attendance at the puja. Harsh predicts Manjiri’s actions at the hospital. Manjiri will not attend because the land belongs to her father, adds Abhimanyu. He goes on to say that Manjari is his mother and that she will attend the Birla hospital founder’s day puja.
Neil is questioned by Harsh about who made the doctor’s list. Neil compiled the list using obsolete data. Neil is asked to read the list by Harsh. Neil accepts Abhimanyu’s invitation to breakfast. He goes over the list and reads it. Dr Avni’s name is taken by Abhimanyu. Manjari and Harsh become agitated. Dr Avni, according to Harsh, is no longer alive. Manjari and Harsh have a restless expressions on their faces, which Akshara notices. Manjari takes a step back and excuses herself. She becomes agitated as she recalls her past. Manjari is confronted by Akshara about her concern. Manjari tries to keep the truth hidden from Akshara. She claims she is unable to discuss her anxiety with others. What makes Manjari so agitated, according to Akshara. Manjari became agitated after learning about DNA testing, she adds. Manjari is a source of concern for Akshara.
The Goenkas are getting ready for the Birla Foundation Day. Manish inquires if Arohi will accompany them. Arohi claims she needs to get a DNA report, thus she is leaving early. Harsh, Abhimanyu, and others, according to Manish, are having a big day. He instructs Kairav to be courteous. Harsh then chastises Neil. Abhimanyu decides to hold a conversation with Neil. When Akshara visits the hospital, she is mesmerised by the decor. She also discovers Manjari was inquiring about DNA reports.
