Harsh addresses the workers in today’s episode and discusses the hospital’s 35-year history. In his address, he honours Abhimanyu. When Akshara sees Neel, she becomes emotional. Manjiri casts a glance at Akshara. Arohi maintains the file near Akshara. Akshara believes the file belonged to Arohi. She attempts to conceal the file. Arohi believes she knows Akshara well, therefore she told her about Neel’s secret. Abhimanyu believes he is late and prepares to join the festivities. Arohi uses Neel to her advantage. Harsh requires the file, so she asks him to take it from Akshara. Arohi is questioned by Neel as to why she is not taking the file by herself. Arohi claims that her leg hurts. Neel is persuaded.
Neel is on his way to get the file. Akshara attempts to conceal the file. Akshara hands over the file to Neel. Arohi deliberately collides with Neel. The papers are collected by Neel. Akshara seeks to tell the truth to Abhimanyu. She suffers from a panic attack. Abhimanyu tries to soothe Akshara by asking why she is so agitated. Everyone is waiting for Rohan, so he asks Abhimanyu to speak to the gathering. Abhimanyu decides to pay attention to Akshara. Abhimanyu is told by Rohan to wait till Akshara finishes her speech. Akshara is asked to wait by Rohan. Meanwhile, Neel discovers the truth. Neel is taunted by Harsh over being an orphan. Neel requests Harsh not to refer to him as an orphan because he isn’t. He reminds everyone out here that he is not an orphan.
The news is covered by the media. Shefali requests that her coworkers not record the news. Abhimanyu inquires of Neel as to what has occurred. Abhimanyu is asked by Neel to inform Harsh that he is not an orphan. He hands Abhimanyu a piece of paper. Manjiri has a misunderstanding about Akshara. She loses consciousness. When the media tries to cover the story, Manish tells the journalist to leave. Vansh accompanies Neel. Neel breaks down in tears. Akshara is concerned. Arohi grins as she watches the events unfold.
Abhimanyu is concerned about Manjiri. Manjiri accuses Akshara of leaking information. The DNA report is discovered by Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu misses the report when Rohan interrupts. Goenka is concerned about Akshara. Neel is full of life, according to Vansh, but something has happened to him unexpectedly. Arohi smirks as she sings a tune. Akshara attempts to communicate with Abhimanyu. Akshara is sent home with Parth and Shefali by Abhimanyu. Harsh is enraged at Neel for acting in the theatre. He decides to face him.
