In today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Akshara cries. Abhimanyu receives her apology. Call Akshara by Kairav. Akshara is asked by Abhimanyu to answer the phone. Akshara queries Kairav regarding Arohi. Akshara is informed by Kairav that Arohi is not well and that she is concerned about her. Kairav is informed that Akshara and Abhimanyu are alright. Regardless of what Arohi did, Manish tells Abhimanyu that it was wrong. He would have had the same response. Manish is thanked by Abhimanyu for his assistance. Abhimanyu is tasked with caring for Akshara by Manish and Kairav. Akshara is ok, according to Abhimanyu. Akshara is asked by Kairav to look after Abhimanyu. In her bedroom, Arohi sobs.

Then in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara expresses regret to Abhimanyu. Akshara gets hugged and kissed by Abhimanyu. He is pleased with Akshara for speaking out against Arohi. Akshara is hugged by Abhimanyu. He also tells Akshara that she should go home by herself so he can watch over Vihaan. Akshara chooses to return home. She goes on to question Abhimanyu about misleading her on his MRI. To keep the truth from Akshara, Abhimanyu made the decision. Abhimanyu is made to wear his ring by Akshara. Abhimanyu responds that everything will be alright. Assuring Akshara was Abhimanyu. He also believes that Akshara is already under a lot of stress due to Arohi. Looking at his hand, Abhimanyu.

Later in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Anand brought the MRI results of Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu is asked to read the report by Akshara. Abhimanyu was stunned as he read the report. He tells Akshara it’s all good, which is a lie. He promises Akshara that he recently underwent an MRI so that Anand would be satisfied. Make a call to Akshara. Anand queries Abhimanyu about his injury. According to Abhimanyu, he was hurt in the fire event. He fears that he may have severe nerve damage. Anand requests that Abhimanyu postpone any procedures till he recovers.

Goenkas are concerned for Arohi in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Asking about Arohi is Akshara. Akshara is informed by Kairav that Arohi is alright. Akshara nods off. Akshara is found sleeping when Abhimanyu arrives. He has trouble stitching. Abhimanyu experiences emotion. Akshara notices Abhimanyu dozing off. She continues to hold Abhimanyu’s injured hand. Taken off by Abhimanyu is his hand. Being aware of Abhimanyu’s response worries Akshara. The awakened Abhimanyu. He kisses Akshara on the forehead. Akshara is invited to sleep with Abhimanyu. Because she has worked, Akshara asks Abhimanyu to take a nap. Akshara wonders when she sees partially sewn clothing. She also decides to meet Arohi.

Lastly in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara meets the Goenkas. Akshara discovers Arohi skipped breakfast. Arohi will be fed by Akshara. Akshara is being stopped by Manish and Kairav. Akshara becomes insistent. Arohi is invited to breakfast by Akshara. For damaging her career, Arohi criticises Akshara. She claims that Akshara is envious of her because she is aimless herself. After Arohi disparages her song, Akshara stands teary.
