In today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhimanyu tries to help Akshara unknowingly. Kunal sees Abhimanyu and gets restless. Akshara wipes her face. Abhimanyu calls out to help. Akshara fails to hear Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu knocks the door. He was about to gatecrash the door but Kunal stops him. Akshara waits for a doctor. Kunal asks Abhimanyu what he is doing in Jaipur. Abhimanyu asks Kunal to wait for a while as there is a medical emergency as a lady has cut her hand. Kunal says the lady has been rushed to the hospital already. Abhimanyu says but he was asked by the receptionist to check upon her.

Then in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kunal tells Abhimanyu that he personally went to drop her. He further invites Abhimanyu to his room. Abhimanyu gets restless. He walks away with Kunal. Akshara waits for the doctor. She fails to see Abhimanyu. Kunal gets restless. He further thinks he can’t let Abhimanyu and Akshara meet. Kairav decides to fetch medicines and go back home. He says he can’t inform Akshara as she will take tension. Kairav learned about the cops looking for him. He gets scared. Abhimanyu talks with Kunal. He asks why he is sweating so much. Kunal says he is fine. He makes an excuse to see Akshara. Abhimanyu thinks about Akshara. He thinks about why his heart is racing so much.

Later in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhimanyu thinks if he should confront Kunal about Akshara or not. He says Akshara met Kunal when he was admitted to the hospital. Kunal yells at Akshara for being careless. He says how she can forget about the event. Kunal gets furious with Akshara for calling to the reception. Akshara gets mad at Kunal and refuses to take his help. She adds she was concerned about Maya and the event thus called the receptionist. Kunal tries to give first aid to Akshara. Akshara asks Kunal to leave the room as she will manage. Abhimanyu gets restless. Akshara does the bandage. She thinks Abhimanyu would have scolded her for being careless and would have taken care too. Akshara misses Abhimanyu. Kairav decides to go back to India.

Lastly in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kunal asks Abhimanyu why he is restless. He further asks Abhimanyu what he is doing in Jaipur. Abhimanyu tells about Shefali’s event. He asks Kunal about Akshara. Kunal recalls his deal with Akshara and hides about the latter. Abhimanyu sees the blood on Kunal’s hand and confronts him. Kunal makes an excuse. Akshara misses Abhimanyu and hums ‘lag ja gale’ song. Abhimany fails to hear Akshara again. Manish calls Mahima and asks her to wait for his counter attack as Kairav isn’t found in Mauritius. Harsh and Mahima talk about Arohi working at Birla hospital secretly. Elsewhere, Abhimanyu recalls the past. He compares his life to a puzzle and gets furious.
