The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik hugging Sirat. Sirat holds him and says she is Sirat, not Naira. Kartik gets away from Sirat and sees his family. He leaves and goes into Sirat’s house.
Sheela says Sirat thinks this pooja is a game. She spoiled her family and the full village’s name.
Kartik says how he couldn’t control himself. Kartik apologizes to Naira and says the last time when he hugged Sirat, he wasn’t aware, but this time he knew that Sirat is not Naira, still, he made a mistake.
Kartik says what will Sirat think about him. Sirat returns home. She says already there were problems, and Kartik hugged her in front of everyone. Sheela and Mukesh got a chance to insult her.
Meanwhile, Mukesh tries to provoke all the villagers against Kartik and Sirat. Dadi takes a stand for Kartik. Mukesh signs Sheela. Sheela goes and locks Sirat and Kartik inside the house.
Kartik tells Sirat he will apologize to Sirat in front of everyone. Kartik tries to open the door. Kartik says the door is stuck. Kartik pulls the door but due to the leg injury, he goes to fall. Sirat holds him.
Akhilesh pushes the door. Everyone sees Sirat and Kartik hugging each other. Sheela says Sirat spoiled her name. Nani says Sheela had spoiled her name years before. Nani asks Mukesh and Sheela to leave the house. Sheela says she is Nani’s daughter and she cannot leave the house.
Suwarna says Nanu cannot remove her, but she can. Suwarna pushes Mukesh and Sheela out of the house.
Meanwhile, Kairav calls Manish and says Kartik hugged Naira, and everyone is scolding them. Surekha comes and tells everything to Manish. Manish gets angry. He calls Akhilesh and asks him to return home with their family.
Dadi talks to Kartik. Kartik says Kairav saw him hugging Sirat, and now he will never believe that Sirat is not his mother.
Sirat comes and says she has thought about something.
