The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik saying that Naira must have got hurt and she needs help. Kartik says that he will find Naira and take her to the hospital. Kairav asks Kartik to get back Naira.
Naksh says that whenever Naira falls, she never wakes up on her own, she waits for Naksh to come to pick her up. Naksh then says that Naira is waiting for him and he will go to save her.
The rescue team arrives. They ask everyone to get back from the edge. Kartik says that his Naira is waiting for him and will go with the rescue team to save Naira.
The officer says that the experts will manage to search Naira and asks Kartik not to worry. Naksh says that Naira fell off the cliff, and must be hurt and how they can not worry.
The rescue teams start their work while some village people come there, and say that no one can stay alive if they fall from such height.
Kartik gets angry and warns the person not to say a word.
Later, the officer asks Goenkas to go home and let the rescue team do their work. The police van drops the ladies and kids home. Dadi sees Naira’s footmarks and says that if they see Naira’s footsteps leaving, they also have the footsteps entering their house. Dadi cries and hopes Naira comes home safe.
Kartik asks Naira to come back, and that everyone is waiting for her. Manish cries seeing Kartik and says that he will not be able to handle his family.
Kirti calls Naksh and asks if they found Naira. Naksh says that the rescue team is trying their best to find Naira.
Goenkas are crying, recalling Naira.
