The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat recollecting her childhood. Kartik comes to her and apologizes for getting her away from her Nani.
Sirat says she can understand a child’s pain, even she has gone through the pain. Rohan messages Sirat if she is coming back. Sirat replies yes.
Akhilesh tells Dadi that Kartik has used his card and has paid 7 lakhs in some hospital in Jaisalmer. Dadi says Kartik has mentioned that Sirat’s Dadi is not well, but Kartik did not mention that he is paying for their treatment.
Dadi says she feels like Sirat is needy and greedy too. Dadi says when Sirat will stay with them she will keep eye on Sirat and will send her back soon.
Sirat says she will stay will Kairav for few days, just need to discharge her Nani and then she will come back to Udaipur.
Sirat returns home and discharges her Nani. She gets Nani home and worries about how she will stay in Udaipur and how she will make Kairav realise that she is not his Mumma.
The next day, Goenka’s celebrated Basant Panchami. Dadi says boys play with the garlands and if the garlands fall in any girl’s neck then they are meant to be a couple.
Kartik plays with the garland. The garland falls on Sirat. Sirat stands at the Goenka house entrance with her Nani.
