The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat apologizing as she had to get her Nani. Kartik says it’s good that she got her Nani.
Kartik takes Sirat’s bags and asks her to come inside. Kairav gets happy and makes Sirat wear a garland and thanks her for patching up with Kartik.
Sirat greets everyone and says she is Sirat. Kairav thinks Naira is telling everyone her secret mission’s name.
Kairav says he will also call her Sirat and not Mumma. Kartik then introduces Nani to everyone.
Nani apologizes as she came uninvited as… Sirat interrupts and says her Nani is not well, so she couldn’t leave her Nani alone.
Dadi asks Sirat why she got so much luggage. Sirat says they carry all their luggage where ever they go.
Kairav takes Sirat inside their house and shows her the house. Kairav says he will take Sirat to Sirat and Kartik’s room. Kartik recollects he and Naira entering the room.
Sirat tells Kairav that her Nani is not well, so she has to sleep with her Nani. Kartik takes Sirat and Nani to the guest room, he asks them to get fresh and get ready for the function.
Nani asks Sirat why she did not tell Kartik the truth. Sirat recollects Mukesh coming into their house and throwing her out of the house. Sirat says Mukesh took their house by deceit, and they did not have time, or else she would have searched for a nice place for Nani to live.
Meanwhile, Manish says Sirat and her Nani can live in the outhouse. Kartik says it not right. Manish says they are different from them, and other house members are not comfortable with them.
Later, Gayu takes Naira’s sari and goes to Sirat. She collides with Kartik and tells him that she is going to give Naira her sari. Kartik takes the sari and says that she is not Naira, her name is Sirat.
Gayu says she is Naira, and one day Kartik will also accept it.
