The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Mukesh holding Kartik and stepping on his wound. Kartik cries in pain. Manish and Sirat feel bad for Kartik.
Kartik hits Mukesh and kicks him away, and tries to reach the line. Mukesh holds his leg and presses his wounds. Kartik tries to control his pain. Manish cries and asks Sirat to tell Kartik, to use the sidekick. Sirat asks Kartik to use the sidekick.
Kartik kicks Mukesh and crosses the line. Kartik wins the match. Kartik faints. Sirat comes to him and sprinkles water on him. Kartik gains consciousness and smiles.
Kartik says he wants to talk to Manish. Kartik takes the phone and thanks Manish for guiding him through the video call. Sirat also thanks Manish for all the guidance.
Kairav tells Nanko that he is a loser. Nanko goes to Mukesh and says he feels ashamed. Mukesh leaves in anger.
Kairav takes the nameplate and says they won. Nani cries. Kairav says Nani is just like Suwarna and Dadi, they also start crying when they are happy.
Meanwhile, Manish asks Suwarna to call Kartik and ask him to go to the hospital and also asks Akhilesh to get the muscle relaxant. Manish says they used to play when they were of Kartik’s age, and now its been years they did not play.
On the other hand, Nani gets medicine for Kartik. The doctor treats Kartik’s wound and says Kartik has to take the injection. Kartik worries.
The doctor gives an injection to Kartik, while he holds Sirat’s hand.
Sirat goes to the kabaddi court and recollects how Kartik won the match. Sirat says Kartik has done a lot of favours on her. She writes thank you on the court and leaves.
Later, Sirat and Kartik think of some idea, by which Kairav will realise that Sirat is not his mother. Sirat says she and Rohan will be a couple in front of Kairav, and in front of Rohan’s girlfriend, Kartik and Sirat will be a couple.
