The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Ranvir crushing Kartik’s car thinking about Kartik and Sirat. Chandan stops him. All the men look on. A man says they need to call the cops as a robber is trying to crush Kartik’s car. Chandan scolds the man and says if his father comes here then everyone will be in danger and ask them not to call the cops. Ranvir says Sirat did not do right with him, she promised that she will not marry anyone except Ranvir. The cops arrive and take Ranvir to the police station.
Meanwhile, Kartik thinks Sirat did not meet Ranvir, then where she must have gone. Sirat returns to the hotel. Nani asks Sirat if she went to meet Ranvir. Sirat says she went to meet Ranvir, clear out things and end everything with Ranvir, but Ranvir ran away again as he did before. Sirat says she was happy with Kartik then why Ranvir had to come and ruin her happiness. Sirat sees her engagement dress and says even her dress is spoiled, everything bad is happening to her. Suwarna hears their conversation.
Sirat gets fresh and goes to sleep. Kartik calls Nani and asks if Sirat called her. Nani says Sirat is back at the hotel and sleeping. Nani asks if Kartik is with Ranvir. Kartik says Ranvir left before Sirat could meet him. Kartik says he will return to the hotel and talk to Sirat. The inspector puts Ranvir in jail. Ranvir says he can stay in jail, but if Sirat gets married, then he will not be able to control his anger.
Driver tells Manish that a man got angry and started crushing the car but now is in jail. Rhea says she feels Ranvir did this. Rhea says Ranvir must have removed his anger on Kartik’s car. Suwarna comes and says if Sirat wanted to leave, she would have left the hospital, but she has returned to them, which means she doesn’t love Ranvir.
Suwarna asks Kartik if Sirat will leave with Ranvir. Suwarna says if Sirat leaves it will be very difficult for Kairav to handle himself. Kartik thinks that he has to tell the truth to Sirat, but also thinks that if Sirat will leave them, then it will be very difficult to handle Kairav.
The next day, Sirat and Kairav ride on the buggy. Kairav comes to Kartik and says he is angry as they did not take the family picture. Sirat says today they will take the family picture. Sirat says that she will always be with Kairav. Kartik thinks Ranvir and Sirat need to meet.
