The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik and Sirat telling Kairav they are proud of him. They couldn’t be there but are proud of his achievement. Kairav asks them how they got the video, Kartik says Sirat got it from the teacher. They wanted to cheer for him. Kartik hugs Kairav but he walks away. Kartik sings I m sorry…. Sirat and everyone dance along. Kartik and Sirat hold their ears and fold their hands. Kairav smiles and hugs them both. Sirat apologises to Kairav saying this won’t happen again. Kartik makes Kairav understand that they didn’t purposely miss his program. He says that he is busy with work and Sirat has to practice. She felt guilty that she couldn’t attend the program and was thinking about quitting boxing. Kartik tells Kairav he was first Sirat’s friend and then she became his Mumma. He asks Kairav if he won’t support his friend.
Kairav apologises to Sirat saying she is the best mother in the world. Sirat also apologises saying she really wanted to come. Kairav says he won’t disturb her during practice again, she has to win the Asian championship. She says the three are her trophies, gold, silver and bronze. Kartik asks what is he. Kairav says he is her gold medal. Dadi thanks Lord and wards off bad sight. Kartik hugs Sirat and Kairav. Sirat enters the room with I love Sirat written on it. Kartik says today is a special day and the night is more special. They both romance, song plays. The next morning Sirat comes to the club. Mukesh says he is her Guru, so touch his feet. Sirat says good morning. One girl asks Sirat for a mock match. Mukesh tells her to play with someone else, Sirat won’t come.
Mukesh says he is her coach and will check her fitness level. She says the manager has checked that already. He says she doesn’t look capable to enter the ring. Arvind says Sirat is in form, she only needs practice. Mukesh says he will decide that. Arvind was not good enough so the federation team removed him. Mukesh tells Sirat to enter the ring. Mukesh says she is a champion, she shouldn’t get scared. He provokes her by saying her career is over, go home and dreams of getting the medal. He asks Sirat will she beat him, come on. She says no, she will not beat him as he is her coach. Mukesh tells Sirat to get water for him as he is feeling weak. She gives him the water bottle.
Sirat gets a call from Kartik. She asks Kartik what is his plan as she can no longer tolerate Mukesh. Kartik says his plan is ready, she will have to tolerate him if she wants to win. Sirat says time over for practice and leaves. Mukesh thinks how can someone change so much. Sirat used to shout at him and beat him and she is smiling today. He thinks something is wrong. Sirat comes home and consoles Akshu and Aarohi. Sirat asks Kartik where are they going along with the kids and boxing kit. Kartik says Mukesh won’t win, she will fight and win.
