In today’s episode we can see that Swarna begs Akshara to fast for Abhimanyu in today’s episode. She tells Akshara that the sweets sent by the Birlas are the only way she can break her fast. Swarna is asked by Akshara if fasting is vital. Swarna claims it’s for a potential husband. Akshara declares that she will fast for Abhimanyu. Akshara’s leg is pulled by Goenka. Weddings and ceremonies, according to Aarohi, are a headache. She requests Akshara’s help in getting to the hospital.
Abhimanyu inquires about the mishap with the spy. Spy informs Abhimanyu that he hasn’t received any information. Aarohi and Akshara are spotted by Abhimanyu. He recalls Akshara informing him of the accident. Akshara is summoned to Abhimanyu’s cabin. Manjiri instructs Mahima to return home and prepare a treat for Akshara in accordance with the tradition. Mahima claims that the Goenkas are often talking about some sort of ritual. Manjiri claims to be able to cook, but Neel and Parth refuse to let her. Mahima instructs Manjiri to enlist the services of the housekeeper to prepare the meal. They are on leave, according to Manjiri. Mahima requests Manjiri to look after her health and assures her that she will be back at home soon. Akshara performs a song for the patients.
Mahima is also furious with Akshara for using her music to heal her patients. Abhimanyu takes Akshara’s side. Mahima tells Abhimanyu that she doesn’t bother his patients, thus he shouldn’t either. When patients outside implore Mahima to let them hear the music, Anand comes to Akshara’s side. He claims that Akshara’s music helps their patients. Anand expresses his admiration for Akshara. Mahima is irritated.
